She leads the MSc in Textiles Sustainability and Innovation and develops a curriculum highlighting sustainable product development, system design, and sustainable innovation, focusing on industrial issues such as pre-consumer and post-consumer waste. Dr. Scott’s areas of expertise span knitted textiles technology, knit programming, design for disassembly, design for durability, and user-personalised clothing, focusing on 4D clothing as a future-oriented facet of fashion innovation.
